By creating an account and using CourtLeads Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CourtLeads Pro provides access to publicly available Indiana court filing data, including but not limited to mortgage foreclosures, evictions, divorces, estates, and other civil case types. All data is sourced from Indiana's public court system (public.courts.in.gov) and is public record.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically on day 8 unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.
You may use the data provided by CourtLeads Pro for lawful business purposes, including real estate investment research, lead generation, and market analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to third parties. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
CourtLeads Pro makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Court data is provided as-is from public sources. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the underlying court records.
We collect and store your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe) to manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Court data displayed on the Service is public record available to anyone.
CourtLeads Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
