By creating an account and using CourtLeads Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CourtLeads Pro provides access to publicly available Indiana court filing data, including but not limited to mortgage foreclosures, evictions, divorces, estates, and other civil case types. All data is sourced from Indiana's public court system (public.courts.in.gov) and is public record.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically on day 8 unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.
You may use the data provided by CourtLeads Pro for lawful business purposes, including real estate investment research, lead generation, and market analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to third parties. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
CourtLeads Pro offers optional skip tracing, purchased as prepaid credits. A credit is used only when a lookup returns a match; lookups that return no match are not charged. Credits do not expire, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable. Purchases are final except where required by law or at our discretion; contact us if something went wrong with a purchase. Some subscription plans include complimentary skip trace credits, which are added to your balance when a subscription payment is received. Complimentary credits are a promotional benefit with no cash value, are not added for free-trial periods or invoices with a zero amount, may be changed or discontinued for future billing periods, and are otherwise subject to the same terms as purchased credits.
Skip trace results (phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses and owner names) are supplied by a third-party data provider. We do not verify them and make no guarantee that they are accurate, complete, current, or that the person listed owns the property or consents to be contacted. Results are not screened against the National Do Not Call Registry, state Do Not Call lists, internal Do Not Call lists, wireless-number databases, or any litigator or TCPA-risk list, and no flag or absence of a flag should be read as clearance to contact anyone.
You are solely responsible for how you use skip trace results and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do Not Call rules, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state telemarketing, privacy and solicitation laws. You must check the appropriate Do Not Call registries and obtain any required consent before calling, texting or emailing anyone. Skip trace results are not a consumer report and must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtLeads Pro and its operator from claims, fines, damages and costs arising from your use of skip trace results or your violation of any law.
CourtLeads Pro makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Court data is provided as-is from public sources. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the underlying court records.
We collect and store your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe) to manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Court data displayed on the Service is public record available to anyone.
CourtLeads Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
