Data Accuracy & Sourcing

All court filing data is sourced directly from Indiana's public MyCase court record system ? the same system used by attorneys, title companies, and court staff. Data is pulled every weekday evening and available in your dashboard the next morning.

Assessed property values come from the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF) public assessment database. These are county assessor valuations, not market values ? useful for quick reference but not a substitute for a full property analysis.
